Awards Night

I've been a bad, bad girl. I realized it's been a month since I received some awards and have not passed them on yet. So this post is playing catch up ;) Let's pretend it's an awards night. Put on a lovely dress and sip some champagne, shall we? First let's get the homework out of the way....

10 things about me.... ME, ME....Yes it's always about ME!

1. I graduated from high school in 3 years instead of 4. (But it doesn't mean I'm smart. I had incentive....see #5)

2. I live on Coke Zero.

3. I was married 11yrs before having kids.

4. I learned to cook at the age of 9yrs old. Because my Mom was in a car accident and was in a wheelchair for the rest of her life. Now that doesn't mean I'm a good cook....I still burn everything LOL!

5. In Junior High I was tormented by a "popular" girl and my life was a living hell. I didn't want to go to school. By High school I realized all I needed was my 3 other friends and ignored the rest.

6. Like a lot of young girls, I always dreamed of being a model. In high school I was lucky. I dropped my name in a bucket and I won a 6 week modeling course for free as a promotion for the modeling school. My Dad paid for a second semester of modeling school. But they never were interested in me :(

7. I am a fan of Lord of the Rings and collect costumes. I have 3 of Arwen's dresses and 1 Aragorn outfit. (I'll feature another one for you to see soon)

8. I don't like the cold. While traveling to take the kids skiing I pack my electric blanket and take it with me.

9. I over pack all the time. I make each kid bring a carry on and one shoulder bag on to the plane. Then check one bag for each person. I make sure each bag has one out for each person. So if anything is lost we're not in a bind. It also distributes the weight that way, so we're not charge extra.

10. My kids got me addicted to Sour Patch kids.
